Gamma Flow Lab

How to read the 30-day level reactions.

Gamma Flow Research keeps the current option-derived levels on the chart and adds observed reactions from the latest 30-day archive. The bottom-right panel is the compact summary.

Four checks. Current map first, price confirmation last.

Use the same order on NinjaTrader, ATAS and MT5. The market and source-state labels can differ, but the decision sequence does not.

  1. 00–15s

    Confirm the current map

Check the nearest active resistance, support or Gamma flip, plus the source time and availability state. Ignore distant levels first.

  2. 15–30s

    Mark any confluence zone

If several current levels overlap, treat the area as concentrated context—not a guaranteed reversal.

  3. 30–45s

    Check observed history

Use 14-day dots for level movement, then read the 30-day sample count, five-minute reaction rate and median move. A small sample or -- is not evidence.

  4. 45–60s

    Wait for price confirmation

Look for rejection, acceptance, a clean break or a reclaim before applying your own entry and risk rules. A touch alone is not a signal.

Current map → confluence → observed history → price confirmation. Complete all four checks before making a decision.

Read the bottom-right block first.

The red frame identifies the 30D LEVEL REACTIONS panel. Each row summarizes completed historical touches for one type of level.

The chart remains unchanged. The red outline is added only on this guide page.

Example: PUT N | Put OI Node 2 1.1K | 30D n=51 | 5m 35% | med -0.8pt

Read left to right. The level identity is current; the reaction statistics come from completed touches in the archived period.

PUT N / Node 2 1.1K
The current second-ranked put open-interest concentration and its current size. It is not a universal threshold.
30D n=51
Fifty-one completed touches of this level type were available in the latest 30-day archive.
5m 35%
Thirty-five percent of completed touches had a positive signed move away from the level five minutes later. This is a reaction rate, not a strategy win rate.
med -0.8pt
The median signed five-minute reaction was -0.8 points. Positive means the median moved away from the level; negative means it moved through or against the rejection model.

For a touch from below, an away reaction is downward. For a touch from above, an away reaction is upward. The statistic normalizes both cases before aggregation.

What the abbreviations represent.

Only level types present in the current server snapshot are listed.

CALL OI / PUT OIThe current call or put open-interest wall.
CALL N / PUT NNode 2 or Node 3 among the current call or put open-interest concentrations.
+GAMMA B / -GAMMA BThe current major positive or negative Gamma Beta level derived from the model inputs.
GAMMA 0The current Gamma Balance Zero Beta level.
5m --No complete five-minute touch outcome was available for that row. It should not be read as zero.

Keep the chart quiet, then reveal detail when needed.
