Privacy Policy

Gamma Flow Lab is an individual-operated research software service. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit the site, create an account, use the browser workspace, start a trial, or connect an authorized desktop overlay.

Information we collect

Account information: your email address, verification state, password hash, account timestamps, and sign-in records. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, not as readable text.
Platform waitlist information: the email address you provide, the requested future platform, and the time and version of your notification consent. Joining a waitlist does not create an account or subscription.
License, trial, and device information: product entitlement status, trial-use state, connection-code state, a hashed device identifier, a device label, platform version, and authorization, validation, revocation, and expiry timestamps. The hashed identifier is used to apply the one-trial and one-computer rules without storing the original device fingerprint.
Security information: limited IP-related security and rate-limit records associated with account verification, sign-in, and public waitlist requests.
Support and billing information: messages you send to us and payment, Creem customer, subscription, trial, cancellation, and audit status supplied by Creem when you use checkout. Gamma Flow Lab does not store complete payment-card numbers.

How we use information

We use this information to create and secure accounts, send verification email, issue and validate desktop access, enforce the device limit attached to an entitlement, provide support, prevent abuse, and maintain required audit records. Where you opt in to a platform waitlist, we use the supplied email to notify you about that platform's Gamma Flow release. We do not sell personal information or use account data to train trading models.

Cookies and similar storage

We use a secure, HTTP-only session cookie after sign-in so the workspace can recognize your account. The site does not use advertising cookies or sell behavioral profiles.

Service providers and transfers

We use infrastructure, email, and Creem checkout services to operate the service. They receive only the information needed for their role. Creem processes payment details under its own privacy notice. Information may be processed where these providers operate.

Retention and security

We retain account, entitlement, and security records only for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, resolve support issues, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and enforce these terms. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information by contacting kyller1234@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal reasons. Deleting an account can end the associated desktop access.

Changes and contact
