Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to Gamma Flow Lab, including its web workspace, account services, trials, entitlement controls, and supported desktop overlays. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

What the service provides

Gamma Flow Lab presents futures-options market-context visualizations for research. Current product areas may include key-level maps, exposure profiles, and options-flow context for ES, NQ, GC, and options-derived XAUUSD research context. The browser workspace and supported NinjaTrader, Sierra Chart, ATAS, and MetaTrader 5 overlays show the availability, source time, coverage, and method limitations applicable to a layer.

Research-only notice

The service does not place orders, route trades, manage accounts, act as a broker, or provide investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. A displayed level, profile, or activity measure is not a recommendation or a promise of price behavior, profit, loss avoidance, or trading performance. Futures and options involve substantial risk, including possible loss exceeding an initial investment. You are solely responsible for every trading decision and for evaluating whether the service is suitable for you.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information, keep your password and connection code confidential, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use. An entitlement is personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable, and subject to its displayed expiry date and device limit. A connection code may be stored in a supported platform template after you enter it, but it remains tied to the authorized entitlement. We may suspend access to protect the service, enforce these Terms, or investigate misuse.

Permitted use

You may use the service for your own lawful research. You may not share, sell, sublicense, scrape, redistribute, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, publish connection codes, or use the service to provide a competing data product. You must comply with the terms of your trading platform, exchange, broker, and market-data providers.

Market data and availability

Market-data-derived context can be delayed, partial, stale, unavailable, or revised. A layer may use exchange-published data, quotes, settlement inputs, or stated model assumptions. It is not a representation of dealer positions or future price movement unless the interface expressly says otherwise. You must rely on the in-product as-of time, coverage, and data-state labels rather than assuming completeness or continuity.

Fees, trials, cancellation, and support

Gamma Flow is listed at US$19 per month for one market family or US$49 per month for the ES/NQ/GC Bundle. Gamma Flow Research is listed at US$29 per month for one market family or MetaTrader 5 XAUUSD, or US$69 per month for the ES/NQ/GC Bundle. Single-market futures choices cover NQ and MNQ, ES and MES, or GC and MGC. NinjaTrader supports the listed futures packs; Sierra Chart is offered only with the Gamma Flow ES/NQ/GC Bundle; ATAS is offered only with the Gamma Flow Research ES/NQ/GC Bundle; MetaTrader 5 is offered only with Gamma Flow Research XAUUSD. Each platform is a separate subscription and includes one individual account entitlement plus one active desktop authorization for the selected product and platform.

Eligible new customers receive one seven-day introductory trial across Gamma Flow products except Sierra Chart. A valid payment method is collected by Creem, but no subscription charge is taken during the trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected subscription begins automatically at the displayed monthly price. Cancellation during a trial keeps access until the stated trial end and prevents the first charge. Trial eligibility is personal and non-transferable; repeated trials through another email, Creem customer, or device are prohibited. We use verified account records, Creem customer status, and a hashed device claim to enforce this rule, and may reject and cancel a duplicate trial.

Checkout is processed by Creem. Any applicable taxes and the final billed amount will be shown before confirmation. Each paid subscription renews independently on the interval shown at checkout unless you cancel it. A requested period-end cancellation keeps that product authorized through the current trial or paid period. You may ask questions about an entitlement or request cancellation support at kyller1234@gmail.com. Access is never granted solely because a browser reports a successful payment return; server-side signed subscription status controls access.

Service changes and termination

We may improve, change, suspend, or retire a feature when necessary for security, legal compliance, provider requirements, or service operation. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid materially disrupting active access. We may terminate or suspend access for a material breach, fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or a third-party data-rights requirement.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamma Flow Lab disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamma Flow Lab is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, market-data errors, missed opportunities, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law. For questions, contact kyller1234@gmail.com. Mandatory consumer-protection rights are not waived by these Terms.
